For over a year and a half, Mesa Valley Indivisible worked relentlessly to hold House Representative and AZ governor prospect, Andy Biggs accountable—protesting outside his office, confronting his fake "town halls," and organizing across Mesa to ensure voters knew his record of protecting pedophiles and rejecting his campaign for governor.
Governor Katie Hobbs beat Andy Biggs in the 2026 midterms. As we celebrate this huge victory, our work is far from over. The Epstein files remain withheld and heavily redacted, and federal agencies have launched zero investigations into the individuals named across millions of pages of evidence—including Donald Trump (cited 38,000 times), Peter Thiel, Elon Musk, and so many more.
So Mesa Valley Indivisible is continuing to protest each month to remind Mesa residents the Epstein Files still exist, that no one is being held accountable, and every unredacted page of the Epstein Files must be released.

Our Demands:
The Full, Unredacted Epstein Files: Release All 5.2 Million Pages Immediately: The Department of Justice is currently in violation of federal law. Section 2(b) of the Act explicitly forbids withholding records due to embarrassment or political sensitivity, yet millions of pages remain unreleased or redacted. The current pace of review—restricted to four computers—is a calculated obstruction. We demand the immediate release of all remaining unredacted documents.
Appoint a Special Prosecutor: Bypass the deep conflicts of interest within the DOJ and the Oversight Committee by appointing an independent special prosecutor. We demand a dedicated criminal probe into every individual named in the files as a participant in or facilitator of abuse. Investigate every allegation—we believe survivors. We demand a full, independent federal investigation into the comprehensive trafficking networks and allegations brought forward by survivors.
An End to the War for Oil: Demand an immediate end to military escalations abroad, including foreign interventions for oil, which serve to divert public attention away from critical domestic oversight and government accountability
Stop the ICE Raids: We call for an immediate end to aggressive ICE neighborhood invasions and operations that result in the apprehension, displacement, and harm of valued members of our local community
