Stop the ICE Raids & Distractions: Recuse Biggs & Investigate Names Listed in the Epstein Files!
As critics accuse the Administration of using escalating international conflicts like the illegal Iran War and high-profile ICE raids to distract from unredacted Epstein files, attention has focused on Representative Andy Biggs—now running for Governor—whose legislative record shows consistent opposition to measures targeting sexual abuse and trafficking. The following is a list of past legislative votes and actions to argue that U.S. Representative Andy Biggs failed to protect women and children.
2005 Spousal Assault Bill: Biggs voted against legislation (SB 1040) that sought to increase criminal penalties for domestic abuse and spousal assault. Critics note he also opposed repealing an older law that provided lesser penalties for rape if the victim was married to the offender.
2005 Sex Offender Registration: He was one of only three state lawmakers to vote "no" on the SB 1382 bill requiring sex offenders who relocated to Arizona from other states to re-register with local authorities.
2007 Child Prostitution Penalties: Serving on the House Natural Resources and Public Safety Committee, Biggs was the lone "no" vote against a bipartisan bill (SB 1268) designed to significantly increase criminal penalties for sexual predators who target children. The bill stalled after his committee objection.
2013 Colorado City Marshal's Office Bill: As Arizona Senate President, Biggs was accused of blocking a bipartisan bill (passed 52-7 in the House) that would have allowed a state takeover of the local police force in Colorado City. The local authorities were accused of ignoring the systemic sexual abuse of underage girls within the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (FLDS) polygamist cult.
2018 Online Sex Trafficking Act: Biggs voted against the Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act (FOSTA-SESTA), which aimed to give federal and state prosecutors more authority to shut down websites that facilitate sex trafficking and the online exploitation of children.
2025 Jeffrey Epstein Subpoena Vote: In a House subcommittee meeting, Biggs voted against a handwritten proposal to issue an immediate subpoena for Department of Justice records regarding the Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking investigation.

The Full, Unredacted Epstein Files: Release all 5.2 million pages of the Epstein files immediately. We know the majority are unredacted—stop hiding them. We demand total transparency with no partisan games. Rep. Biggs and the House Oversight Committee must push for the complete, unredacted release of all documents—no selective leaks, no political cover-ups.
The Appointment of a Special Prosecutor: Bypass the deep conflicts of interest within the DOJ and the Oversight Committee by appointing an independent special prosecutor. We demand a dedicated criminal probe into every individual named in the files as a participant in or facilitator of abuse. Investigate every allegation—we believe survivors. We demand a full, independent federal investigation into the comprehensive trafficking networks and allegations brought forward by survivors, including the public testimony of Sascha Riley.
An End to the War for Oil: Stop using geopolitical conflicts like the illegal Iran War to distract the public from domestic accountability.
The Removal of ICE Surge: End the ICE neighborhood invasions as well as the kidnapping and murdering of our community members.
The Investigation & Recusal of Andy Biggs: A public hearing on the Sascha Riley allegations and Biggs's immediate recusal from the Oversight Committee. In addition, we demand Representative Biggs drop out of the Arizona Governor race.
